Who I am
I’m Michelle Leard. I work where design, strategy and technology overlap; close enough to the code to build what I imagine, and close enough to people to know what’s worth building.
Based in Moncton, I like small teams, short feedback loops and real prototypes early. I’d rather put something useful in front of people this week than present a flawless deck about what we might make next month.
Mish is what people have always called me. Elm is the street where I grew up. Together, they’ve become a home for the projects I’m building, testing and occasionally becoming mildly obsessed with.
